Stephen leads all strategic, financial, and technological initiatives for Sagemont, which includes leveraging the Cadby platform to help the brokerage team become more efficient and effective in serving their clients. A consultant at heart, he enjoys collaborating at the intersection of people, processes, technologies, data, and strategy to develop and implement custom solutions. Additionally, he prides himself on an ability to structure deals on complex development, leasing, and capital markets projects, with extensive experience in build-to-suit leasing.

Outside of work, Stephen spends time with his wife, Kimberly, chasing four small children around town and training at CrossFit to keep up with them. A Louisiana native, he enjoys fishing and rich Cajun cuisine. When given the opportunity to truly “geek out,” he attempts to keep up with the latest technology and data trends, including AI, IOT, AVs, and blockchain.
