Jeremiah is one of the three founders of Sagemont, launched after his early career in economic development and commercial real estate. He leads the firm’s healthcare practice, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for REITs, group practices, and physician groups. With a consultative approach, he helps clients shape and execute real estate strategies that align with their goals and drive meaningful results. 

In addition to his client work, Jeremiah is deeply invested in shaping Sagemont's culture and team. He is passionate about fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth to ensure the long-term success and vision of the company. 

Outside of work, you’ll likely find him in the mountains, fly fishing a quiet stream, discovering hole-in-the-wall food spots, or honing his novice skills on the upright bass in a bluegrass band.
